At XO Seafoodbar, we serve the finest seafood, sustainably sourced fish, and fresh vegetables and dairy products from the Hamburg region. Alongside our classics – fresh oysters with horseradish, seasonal spiced up crudo, and mussels from Fjord of Kiel – our menu would not be complete without the already famous Pasta Krabbe.

FROM THE REGION
The North Sea is our heart and inspiration. We source our seafood mainly from these waters, working closely with local fisheries that prioritize sustainability. Each dish tells the story of the coast, delivering a genuine, regional flavor while supporting the local economy.
In spring, we turn to Italian cuisine, while autumn and winter lead us into Asian flavors. This seasonal shift brings variety, inspires creativity, and satisfies our craving for freshness and coolness with Italian zest and warmth and spice with Asian flair.
