For the XO Seafoodbar and the bægeri we are looking for a young chef who brings a high degree of flexibility. You will work in both stores, taking care of the production of the in-house products and organizing the complete value chain from ordering ingredients and containers to the cooking process, packaging and labeling. Clean, organized work and a good understanding of technology and computers should be present.

You organize purchasing in our restaurant group and communicate across outlets and departments. You always have an overview of the prices of our suppliers, know when and where the best ingredients are available and always keep an eye on the inventory. In close communication with the departments, you discuss expiring items, place recurring orders and maintain the online store.
